Terms and Conditions
Our Honorable guest, the geographical location of the site, confirms your acceptance of the terms and conditions.

Your continued use of the Site constitutes your full acceptance of the changes to the Terms and Conditions.
Delivery:
- Orders will be delivered by a courier company, fees will be applied according to each area per delivery.
- Deliveries are usually made within a One business day, although we do our best to deliver orders early.
- For all orders, the customer receives a confirmation email with the order reference immediately upon completion of payment.
- You will receive status updates by email enabling you to track your order.
- The order will either be delivered to the customer who paid for the product or sent to another person as mentioned in the address details, which the customer amends on the checkout page with the signature on the delivery receipt upon receipt, which is a confirmation of receipt of the goods.
Return and exchange policy:
You can return or exchange products purchased from The Closet App or our website within 14 days. However, the following conditions apply:
- Please check and confirm the product before receiving.
- A delivery fee will be applied in case of returning or exchanging the product.
- Returned items must be in their original plastic packaging, new and unused.
- Cosmetics must be returned without opening and unused the products while maintaining no damage to the outer packaging.
- Customers will get a full refund for the returned item if the item meets the above terms and conditions, the refund will be given within 5-7 working days to the same bank account from which the payment was made.
