Return and Exchange Policy
You can return or exchange products purchased from The Closet website within 14 days. However, the following conditions apply:
- Please check and confirm the product before receiving.
- A delivery fees will be applied in case of returning or exchanging the product.
- Returned items must be in their original plastic packaging, new and unused.
- Cosmetics must be returned without opening and unused the products while maintaining no damage to the outer packaging.
- For all discounted items there will be no refund and no exchange.
- Customers will get a full refund for the returned item if the item meets the above terms and conditions. The refund will be given within 5-7 working days to the same bank account from which the payment was made.
- Payment Gateway Fees: All Payments are processed through MyFatoorah, Which charges a transaction fee from the store for each payment made. This fee is non refundable in case of order cancellation or return. Therefore, when processing a refund, only the product value will be refunded after deducting the MyFatoorah transaction fee that was charged to the store during the original payment, as this is a service fee that cannot be recovered from the payment provider.
- Free Deivery Fees: Please note that if the customer has benefited from the free delivery offer an orders of 50 KD or more, and later returns parts of the order causing the total to fall below 50 KD, the original delivery cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Return and Exchange Method
- Contact us and we will get back the goods from the address on the invoice, and the customer will bear the delivery fees.
- The refund and exchange request will be evaluated within 72 hours from receiving the request.
- After confirming the returned products, the amount will be transferred to your bank account within 5-7 working days.
