Shipping policy

- Orders will be delivered by a courier company, fees will be applied according to each area per delivery.

- Deliveries are usually made within a one business day except for orders placed on Thursdays after 5:30 PM will be delivered on the next Saturday, although we do our best to deliver orders early.

- For all orders, the customer receives a confirmation email with the order reference immediately upon completion of payment.

- You will receive status updates by email enabling you to track your order.

- The order will either be delivered to the customer who paid for the product or sent to another person as mentioned in the address details, which the customer amends on the checkout page with the signature on the delivery receipt upon receipt, which is a confirmation of receipt of the goods.
